Solitaire Country Lodge. The mystical and characteristic little “town” of Solitaire does justice to its name in more than one way. Your ideal base from where to explore the Naukluft Mountains and surroundings while en-route to Sesriem and Sossusvlei. The lodge has 23 twin rooms and 2 family rooms with sleeper couches, a swimming pool, bar and restaurant complimented by unsurpassed hospitality. The service station provides fuel and minor repairs to vehicles and worn tyres, while the bakery offers a variety of freshly baked bread, cakes, pies and slices of apple crumble.
Our Sundowner excursion departs the lodge 1 hour before sunset - enjoy ice cold beverages and snacks while watching the sun sets over the Namib Desert.
Camp sites with ablution facilities, braai area and electricity points are available.
